6-8 September: Virgen del Mar. The coastal village of La Rábita celebrates the feast of the Virgin of the Sea with a seafront procession accompanied by fireworks and by Balandrilla de los Gatos, a reenactment of a naval battle between the Muslims and the Christians.
15 May: The feast day of the patron saint of La Rábita, St Isidore.
In the neighbourhood of Los Castillas, the feast day of St Peter is celebrated from 27-29 June, while in Pozuelo.
The fiestas are in honour of St James, from 23-25 July.
