



The cooking in Lentejí is based on the traditional dishes of the region, and the raw materials used are those obtained locally, those that are traditionally available.
Outstanding dishes include kid goat in garlic, migas (made with semolina) and delicious home-made meats (it is traditional to fatten a pig for the slaughter).
It is a real privilege still to be able to enjoy sausages, chorizo and black pudding as they have been prepared for centuries.
